The Swiss Army Rescue Tool was designed and perfected in conjunction with emergency medical and rescue services via a five-year project. All tools on the knife have undergone stringent tests, especially the window breaker and disc saw tools. The bright yellow grip is also unique to the Rescue Tool, making it easy to spot and use. The Rescue Tool also won the IWA International Knife Award in 2007!
