The Rand McNally online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. One payment method is allowed per transaction.

A pending charge (authorization) will be placed on your card when your order is placed. The final charge will be processed when your order ships.

For your safety, we may contact you to verify shipping and/or billing information in some situations. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping Information

Online orders may be shipped to addresses within the the United States and Canada. 

Devices must be shipped to a physical address (no P.O. boxes) and will require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions:

We are unable to ship globes or framed maps outside of the United States. Because these items ship directly from the vendor, please allow an additional 5-7 days for delivery.

Bulk or oversize orders

Bulk orders shipping within the US or to international addresses may be subject to additional shipping and handling fees that will be determined upon ordering. A Rand McNally Store representative will contact you via phone or email with your shipping options should your order be subject to these additional charges. Please contact us if you'd like a shipping estimate on all oversize or bulk shipments.

How long does it take for my order to ship once it is placed?

Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Some items require a longer processing time and will be noted on the product page.

Please note that orders with more than one item may arrive in multiple shipments.
