You may return items bought at Rand McNally.com for any or no reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, unless otherwise noted below. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

RETURN GUIDELINES FOR ELECTRONICS  
   
        * Computer software: Must be returned unopened within 14 days receipt.
        * Camcorders and digital cameras: Must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
        * GPS units, digital music players and portable video players: Must be returned within 14 days of receipt. 
    
Your return or exchange can be shipped using the return mailing label included on your packing slip. Please follow the instructions on the packing slip and include it with your return, citing the reason for the return in the space provided, and ship to this address:

As soon as we receive your return, we'll credit the original credit card used. If you'd rather replace or exchange for a different item, it's considered a new order and your original credit card will be charged. Please note that we require receipt of the product being exchanged before we can ship the replacement. Refunds for gift items will be issued to the gift giver.
