Online Orders - Send your order to us online using our Secure Socket Layer technology, 24 hours a day. From our online store, browse or search to find the items you are looking for, and add them to the Shopping Cart. To complete your purchase, click on the checkout button at the top right corner of the page, then fill out your billing, shipping, and credit card information and submit your order. Please be sure that you allow pop-ups for the site and that your cookies are enabled.
Phone Orders - Call toll-free in the continental U.S.(800)ASK-RAND (275-7263), Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time. For those outside the continental U.S., please call or English-speaking Customer Service team at 1-847-329-6656, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time.
Order Processing
We process orders every business day. In most parts of the United States, that means you'll receive your order within 10 working days for products displaying "Usually ships in 24-48 hours." If your order is shipping outside the U.S., you should receive it within 1-6 weeks of placement if shipping via Air Parcel Post. To receive your order more quickly, choose the International Express shipping option when you place your order.

Orders with several items are not always shipped in the same box. Please check the packing slip before calling.

On rare occasions we find that we are out of stock on a product that we show as "Usually ships in 24-48 hours." If this situation applies to your order, we will notify you that the product you have ordered is currently out of stock, and we will provide you with an expectation as to how long it will be before we can fill your order for that item. We will keep this item on backorder for you until we receive the product into stock. We will not charge your credit card for any product until we are able to ship that product to you.

Need to send your order to another address as a gift? No problem we will even remove prices, add a gift message, and add gift wrap for only $2.00 per item!
It's simple. Just choose your gift items and add them to your shopping cart. When you check out in the shopping cart page, fill in your name and address in the billing section, and the gift recipient's name and address in the shipping section. Click on the gift wrap of your choice, and, if you like, write a personalized gift message in the fields provided.

All pricing and delivery charges are in U.S. dollars. All merchandise is shipped Free Carrier (Incoterms 2001) at our point of shipment in the United States. Accordingly, all merchandise is delivered to you at the time we provide it to the courier in the United States for shipment to you.
Certain products are restricted from being shipped outside of the United States. Where this restriction applies, we will state this in the product description.
Following is the list of countries from which we currently accept orders and to which we ship:

All merchandise is shipped Free Carrier (Incoterms 2001) from our point of shipment in the United States. Accordingly, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes which are levied once the merchandise reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are also your responsibility; we have no control over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In addition, when ordering from Rand McNally you are the importer-of-record for customs purposes and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents by product type only, such as - Books Value: $24.95, or Merchandise Value $19.95.
If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently, we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.
Rand McNally is registered for Canadian Goods & Services Tax/Harmonized Sales Tax ("GST/HST") purposes. Our GST/HST registration number is 13891 4254 RT0001. We are required to collect GST/HST on the merchandise you purchase from us. We remit the GST/HST collected to the appropriate taxing authority.
